I had a pretty serious sewage issue. These guys came out right away. Told me what was causing the blockage. Everything was speedy and pretty efficient from start to finished. They made it very smooth for me. Which is nice because the insurance process is a pain already. They even did a little extra work which I appreciate because it would have taken me forever with a shovel.

We live in royal village mobile home park.dalton alcock and Jesse o'Rourlce went over and beyond to help get the sewer fixed.they done the best .also polite and cleaned up after.

Our bath tub kept plugging up. We had several plumbers "fix" it but the problem always recurred. E&K came out within two hours of my phone call to them. They found the real problem. The plumbers were very professional and cleaned up everything. Also the price was very fair. We will never call anyone but E&K in the future.

E&K Regraded my yard, placed about 85 feet of drainage tile, and poured a concrete patio for me. They did an awesome job work was top-notch. Their foreman Andy stayed in communication with me for the entire process. Very happy with the outcome. I also want to say that in the beginning of the job I was dealing with a different representative from E&K. There were several miscommunications, and things were not moving along as expected. When I made this known, I was very surprised to get a call from the owners of the company. My concerns were immediately resolved. I would not hesitate to use E and K in the future

E and k recommended by company that failed to clear clogged sewer pipe. E and k showed up the next day and after trying to clear line he recommended hydro jetting. He came early the next day and about an hour later the blocked line was cleared. Polite,friendly.and optimistic Hayden did a great job. Thank you!#

E&K were miracle workers. I was stuck with a mobile home that fell into my name when my husband passed. This year the mobile home was no longer going to honor the grandfathered agreement(of 6 years) that was made when it became a 55 plus community. I was forced to move out before the beginning of August but still required to continue paying lot rent till I was able to get the mobile home off site. I am embarrassed to say E&K were more patient with me than I was with the Toledo Edison. By the end of August everything was good to demo but we were still waiting on Toledo Edison to remove the meter they said they were taking care of on August 1st. After many calls and much fighting I was able to finally get Toledo Edison to have it removed the 1st week of October. E&K were able to get there and have the mobile home demolished a just over a week later. Everyone I spoke with at E&K were very kind and understanding. The contract was easy to read and payments easy to pay. They were respectful of the neighboring trailers and property. I hope to never have to be in the need of these services again. But is I do there is no question over who to choose. I will be recommending E&K to anyone who needs demo.

We were in desperate need of getting our bathtub drain cleared out. We couldn’t figure out what was wrong. We are new homeowners and not familiar with plumbing at all. Dalton came out as promised the same day I contacted E&K. He was very kind, helpful, and explained everything to me. He found the issue (a bottle cap that appeared to have been in the pipes for a while) and was in and out in about an hour. This company will be my go-to for any future plumbing needs. Very highly recommended!

The service that I received from E&K Contractors was phenomenal. I called them in hopes of having a burst water line repaired. They promptly dispatched two of their people to my house within an hour or so during a night when the temperature was below zero. The two men had it repaired in short order in spite of the cold temps and with all of the water, wind and blowing snow. The guys were great and the dispatcher that I spoke with was also tremendous. I could not be more pleased with their service. Their price was excellent as well all things considered. I would gladly have paid twice as much and expected to have to do so. I would highly recommend them.
